ONSITE MANAGER DUTIES

For private Parties, corporate Events, Brunches

The Onsite Manager is responsible for preparing the performers for private parties, brunches, and shows, and for communication with the client.

Before the event, the Onsite will reach out to both the client and the performer(s) via email and text. Tracks will be collected at least 48 hours ahead of the event, maybe sooner depending on the event and if there is a DJ.

The morning of the event, the Onsite will text both the client and performer(s) via text to confirm the details of the event.

Onsite Managers will arrive to the event at least 20 minutes ahead of start time in order to scout parking and coordinate setup with the client. The Onsite will also quality check the performer(s) costume and support with any props.

Before and during the event, the Onsite Manager may be responsible for playing music or working with the onsite DJ to ensure tracks and microphones are set up properly. They will keep an eye on time and signal to the performer if they are ahead or behind schedule.

Onsite Managers are responsible for looking out for the safety of the performer. Harassment of any kind and nonconsensual touching is not acceptable. The Onsite Manager will disrupt any unwelcome interactions, attempt to deescalate, and if it persists, can and should pull the performer. Refunds are not given for inappropriate behavior.

Onsite Managers will take photos and video (if permitted) during the event and share with Kerry Lynn afterwards.
