ONSITE MANAGER DUTIES
For musical Bingo
The Onsite Manager will coordinate with the performer(s) and client ahead the morning of the Musical Drag Bingo.
Performance tracks, if applicable, will be collected from the performers and downloaded on the Onsite's phone. The playlist for the Musical Bingo will also be downloaded to the Onsite's phone.
The Onsite Manager will arrive to the venue at least 20 minutes early to coordinate parking and meet with the client to set up a speaker, optional microphones, and digital QR code for the musical bingo cards. The Manager will also check in with the client about what Bingo prizes are available and let the performer(s) know upon arrival.
During Bingo, the Onsite Manager may play the musical bingo playlist on shuffle while the performer(s) work the crowd. Each song should be played for about 30 seconds. Keep an eye out for the performer(s) signals for the song to stop or continue. For example, if people are singing along loudly and you're about to get to the big chorus, let the track play.
If the Bingo includes performances, the Onsite Manager will play performance tracks at a standard volume level for performing. They will also keep track of time and indicate to the host(s) if they are ahead of or behind schedule.
At the end of the Musical Bingo, the Onsite Manager will take a group photo and pack up the materials.
